Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to students and parents to explain DeekshaVedantu’s courses and offerings.

• Maintain and update lead and customer data to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.

• Verify information, identify data discrepancies, and resolve them in a timely manner.

• Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Organize and manage digital and physical records for easy access and tracking.

• Assist with administrative tasks to support overall team and department efficiency.

• Generate basic reports on call outcomes, lead status, and conversions for internal teams.

• Handle all customer and business data with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
