Telecalling Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to contact our clients, explain the range of services we offer, and arrange meetings between clients and our senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients and inform them about our services.

• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style during calls.

• Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about services.

• Persuade clients to schedule a meeting with senior team members.

• Keep detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.

• Collaborate with the team to meet call targets and enhance client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle client inquiries and objections effectively.

• Basic knowledge of computers and documentation tools.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
