Job Title : Career Counsellor cum Telecaller

Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

Languages : Telugu and Basic English

Job Summary

The Career Counsellor cum Telecaller will be responsible for calling and counselling prospective students and parents about our courses, guiding them on suitable career options, and converting enquiries into admissions. The role requires good communication skills, basic sales ability, and a student‑first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to enquiries/leads and explain course details, fee structure, and admission process.

• Handle inbound calls and walk‑in enquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain a professional tone.

• Understand the student’s background, interests, and goals, and suggest suitable courses and career paths.

• Follow up with interested students/parents through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until closure.

• Maintain and update daily call logs, enquiry status, and follow‑up details in the CRM/Excel sheet.

• Achieve monthly targets for counselling sessions, applications, and admissions.

• Coordinate with the admissions/marketing team for seminars, webinars, and on‑campus events.

• Build good relationships with students and parents and provide support till admission.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree (preferably in education, psychology, management, or related field).

• 0–2 years of experience in counselling / telecalling / customer service (freshers with good communication can also apply).

• Good verbal communication skills in Telugu and Basic English

• Confident on phone, polite and convincing speaking style.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, calling tools, CRM).

• Target‑oriented mindset and ability to handle pressure during admission seasons.

Working Hours & Compensation

• Working days: Monday to Saturday

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible)

• Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 + incentives based on admissions
