Role Overview: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team for Telesales, Telecollection, and Loan Sales (Referral). The candidate will interact with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, support repayment follow-ups, and generate qualified loan referrals.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales (10 vacancies)

• Hindi Mandatory

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful outcomes.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Telecollection (10 vacancies)

• Hindi Mandatory

• Contact customers regarding pending or upcoming loan/credit repayments.

• Follow up professionally and encourage timely payments.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance or escalation.

• Maintain accurate call and collection records.

• Achieve assigned collection targets.

Loan Sales – Referral (2 vacancies)

• Kannada & Telugu Mandatory

• Identify customers who are interested in loans or additional financial products.

• Understand their basic requirements and eligibility.

• Generate and share qualified loan referrals through the appropriate process.

• Follow up on referrals and coordinate with the relevant team.

• Maintain accurate referral and customer information.

Work Details:

• Shift: General Day Shift

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Timing: 9:15 AM – 7:00 PM

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 take-home

• Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹10,000 based on performance
