Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers for Motor Insurance and Health Insurance products, including renewals and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Motor & Health Insurance

• Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals

• Explain insurance products, features, and benefits clearly

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English required)

• Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory)

• Convincing and negotiation skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is an added advantage

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
