Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Experienced Min 6 Months )

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive with at least 6 Months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company services and generate interest.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Maintain a professional and polite conversation with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi. English communication is an added advantage.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• No computer work required. Only calling responsibilities.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

• Work from office

• Timing : 10 am to 7 pm

• 6 Days working
