We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Career Abroad Advisor. This role involves managing with different type of the visa processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing accurate support to the client. Get a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain overseas career opportunities.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Maintain and update customer databases and records accurately.
Perform data entry and computer-related administrative tasks.
Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy.
Organize and manage digital records, documents, and reports.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
