We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Telecalling Executives for our Loan Collection Process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue loan payments, following up on payment commitments, and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.

• Inform customers about outstanding dues and payment options.

• Follow up with customers for payment commitments (PTP).

• Explain repayment and settlement-related information as per company policy and authorization.

• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a polite communication tone.

• Maintain accurate call records, follow-up details, and daily reports.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.

• Follow company policies and applicable customer-contact and recovery guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Communication: Basic Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred.

• Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, patience, and negotiation skills.

• Other Requirements: Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in a target-based environment.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
