We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Loan Finance Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with car loan applications, explaining loan products, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs to process loans smoothly. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and knowledge of finance products related to vehicle loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain car loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers.

• Generate leads through customer walk-ins, telecalling, dealers, and referrals.

• Guide customers through the loan application process and resolve queries.

• Collect, verify, and process loan documentation as per company/bank policies.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements.

• Maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers and financial institutions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets for car loan disbursement.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
