Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Loan Executive to manage loan applications, assess customer eligibility, and guide clients through the process of securing car loans. The role involves promoting loan products, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth documentation and disbursement as per company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for car loan products through dealers, walk-ins, referrals, and cold calling.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.

• Collect, verify, and process customer documents (KYC, income proof, etc.).

• Conduct preliminary credit checks and forward applications for approval.

• Coordinate with banks/finance teams for loan approval and disbursement.

• Maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers and partners to ensure consistent business.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and documentation standards.

• Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.

• Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries regarding loans
