Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.

• Explain company products or services clearly.

• Generate sales leads and schedule appointments when required.

• Follow up with customers regarding products, services, or payments.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate team.

• Meet daily or monthly call and sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Prepare reports on call activities and customer feedback.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).

• Persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

• Time management and multitasking abilities.

• Fluency in the required language(s).
