Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Assistant to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, provide information about products or services, and maintain customer records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Receive inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
