We are looking for a Telecaller who can efficiently handle client communication, manage sales follow-ups, and maintain production and order records with accuracy and professionalism.
Make outbound calls to clients, distributors, and vendors regarding orders, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Handle inbound customer calls, provide product and pricing information, and assist with order coordination.
Maintain detailed records of client communications, orders, and dispatches using MS Excel and internal databases.
Coordinate between the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely processing of orders.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to calls, sales, and production updates.
Support telesales activities, including lead generation, customer follow-ups, and data management.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular and professional communication.
Experience with Indiamart. (Optional)
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Commerce, or related field).
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or client coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or gifting sector.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
Good knowledge of computers, email handling, and basic CRM tools.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
