We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller / Telesales Executive who can manage inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services clearly, and convince customers effectively.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain company products/services to customers.
Convince customers and generate interest.
Maintain records of calls and customer details.
Follow up with potential leads/customers.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
12th Pass / Graduate
