Designation: Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Executive
Process: International Outbound Voice Process – UK Campaign
Job Location: Kolkata
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates – Both Can Apply

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK customers and conduct surveys as per the campaign requirements.

• Communicate professionally and confidently with customers over the phone.

• Follow the provided campaign script and process guidelines.

• Listen carefully to customers and record their responses accurately.

• Handle customer conversations patiently and professionally.

• Maintain a positive and engaging tone throughout the call.

• Achieve daily calling, quality and process targets.

• Maintain accurate call records and update the required systems.

• Follow company policies, client requirements and data confidentiality guidelines.

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Good English communication skills.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Energetic, patient and an active listener.

• Comfortable working in an international voice process.

• Willing to work in the UK shift.

• Target-oriented and willing to learn.

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
