Key Responsibilities:

• Generate property owner leads through calls, references, site visits, and online platforms.

• Explain property management services (rent to rent, tenant management, maintenance, rent collection).

• Convince property owners to onboard their property with the company.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up regularly.

• Schedule and attend meetings with property owners.

• Coordinate with operations and field teams after property onboarding.

• Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and daily reports.

• Achieve monthly property onboarding targets.

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

• Call property owners from provided leads.

• Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Fix appointments for site visits and closures.

Outside Sales Responsibilities:

• Visit properties and meet owners.

• Conduct property inspections and discussions.

• Build relationships with local owners, brokers, and builders.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of real estate / property management (training provided).

• Ability to work with targets.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
