About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professionals to support our crowdfunding and NGO campaigns through outbound donor engagement and relationship building. This role is open to junior, mid-level, and senior professionals who are comfortable working in a target-driven environment and have experience in sales, fundraising, or donor engagement
Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to potential donors through outbound calls for crowdfunding / NGO campaigns
• Explain campaign objectives and fundraising requirements clearly and ethically
• Build and manage strong relationships with donors
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets
• Maintain accurate donor records and update CRM systems
• Follow approved scripts, compliance standards, and reporting processes
• Guide and support junior team members (for senior profiles)
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 1 to 6+ years of experience in business development, telesales, fundraising, or telecalling
• Experience in NGO or crowdfunding fundraising preferred
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi/Tulu or any other local language preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment
• Strong understanding of donor engagement and relationship management
