Job Description:Contact customers over calls to provide information about loan products and services. Understand customer requirements, explain the loan process, and collect details from interested customers.
Responsibilities:Call customers and explain loan offers and services
Understand customer loan requirements
Collect details from interested customers
Guide customers about loan procedures and required documents
Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
Achieve assigned targets
Required Skills:Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident and professional communication style
Basic computer knowledge
Strong customer handling and convincing skills
Qualification:ANY
Experience:Minimum 0 TO 6 months experience in telecalling / loan process required
Work Schedule:Monday to Saturday
Sunday Fixed Off
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary:₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
(Salary depends on experience and performance)
