Job description:

Company Name :- TRAVELPAA PRIVATE LIMITED
SALARY :- 12K to 18k
Qualification :- 12th pass to Graduate
Location :- Pitampura ( Vaishali Near by Kohat Enclave )
EXPERIENCE :- minimum 6 month ( Fresher can also apply )

Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify new leads, explain product benefits, and follow up to convert prospects into customers.
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call logs, update customer information, and process product orders.
Reporting: Report call details and observations to team leads or management.
Adherence: Follow company scripts, sales pitches, and internal guidelines.
Goal Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for sales or customer engagement.
