Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, promoting products/services, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Explain offerings clearly and convincingly to drive interest and conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.

• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English required.

Education & Experience

• Minimum qualification: Commerce Graduate.

• 0–8 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome with strong communication skills).
