We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Calling Executive (Outbound) to contact potential or existing customers over the phone, generate leads, promote products/services, and close sales or appointments. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers as per assigned data
Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or closures
Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales/conversion targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback
Handle customer objections professionally and resolve basic queries
Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and call etiquette
Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth handover of leads
Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship building with customers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, or BPO is an advantage
Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language preferred)
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling software)
Target-driven mindset with positive attitude
