We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team at Stickerly Treats. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹11,000 - ₹14,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status.
- Update and manage customer information in CRM tools regularly.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion data using MS Excel.
- Communicate professionally in both Hindi and English.
- Coordinate with the operations/sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve assigned call, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
