Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Tele caller cum Sales Executive to join our team at Ravihaan Global Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a database of potential clients, making outbound calls to convert leads into sales, and managing existing leads from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a database of potential clients from various sources (restaurants, cafes, offices, etc.)

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to convert leads into sales

- Manage existing leads from sources like Indiamart, Justdial, and social media platforms

- Create and maintain MIS (Management Information System) of all call logs

- Send daily reports to management by EOD (End of Day)

- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience.

• Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
