Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining financial products and services, generating leads, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain financial products, services, offers, and eligibility criteria.

• Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer onboarding.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; additional regional languages are an advantage.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, banking, loans, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.
