Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and presentable Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer relationships, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients and customers for product promotion and follow-ups.

• Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information about products and services.

• Maintain and update customer databases.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of telecalling or customer service experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable, confident, and proactive personality.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM or Excel sheets.

• Candidates from beverage, or retail industry will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
