Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls, follow up with prospective customers, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products/services, pricing, and offers clearly.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.

• Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams.

• Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and sales performance.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.

• Good command of English and local languages.

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
