The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting photography services (such as wedding shoots, portrait sessions, event coverage, and studio packages), and converting leads into bookings. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or cold call lists.

Explain photography packages and promotions (e.g. weddings, family shoots, baby photoshoots, corporate events).

Answer inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages.

Follow up with interested clients via calls, messages, or emails.

Book appointments and coordinate with the photography team for scheduling.

Maintain a database of leads, calls, and follow-ups using CRM or spreadsheets.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
