What will you drive?

• Owns the conversion numbers: From call 1 to deal done, you’ll be meeting daily and monthly targets.

• Delivers clarity and delight: You’ll use engaging, clear communication to explain products, services, offers — every interaction matters.

• Handles both sides of the phone: Inbound calls, outbound calls — you’ll lean in wherever needed.

• Listens deeply: Understand what customers truly want and offer solutions that feel made for them.

• Builds relationships: Trust over calls, empathy in conflict, solutions in every conversation.

• Keeps everything shipshape: Log every interaction, follow up, coordinate with teams — nothing slips through.

• Stays ahead: Product changes, market trends, customer feedback — you’ll know them as soon as they happen.

• You have 0‑4 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, telecalling or any role that’s customer‑facing.
