The position will be part of Alliance India’s End AIDS India Campaign and will be responsible for driving new lead generation through telecalling, WhatsApp, and email communication. The role involves engaging potential donors, identifying and onboarding new prospects, and reaching out to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Additionally, it includes managing donor acknowledgments, maintaining accurate records, and gathering donor feedback. The incumbent will be expected to adhere to confidentiality protocols, organizational plans, and established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly targets achievement by acquiring new leads and retention of existing donors through telecalling, telefacing, WA & email communication.
Identify and pursue NEW funding opportunities through Individual MIDHNI, HNIs, and UHNIs to support the organisation’s mission.
Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work

· Share project updates, photos, and impact stories.
· Engage existing donors for continued and enhanced support.
· Create potential pipeline list and work on conversions to Achieve Monthly Target
· Keep information confidential and shouldn't share details about data with others
· Strictly follow the organisational work plan and individual activity plan, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness in required deliverables.
