Job Description:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned leads through outbound calling.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.
Drive sales through lead follow-ups, cross-selling, and upselling.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships to improve retention and repeat business.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
