We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team at Ganesh Sky Balloon. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹35,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150-200 outbound calls daily & handle customer inquiries
- Generate leads, provide quotations & do follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into sales through calls & WhatsApp
- Maintain proper records & daily reporting
- Coordinate with sales and operations team
- Respond to WhatsApp inquiries within 5 minutes
- Achieve monthly sales targets Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
