Job Description – Credit Card Sales Executive (BPO)

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month (fixed + performance incentives)

🎯 Overview

Ansh Enterprise is expanding its BPO operations in Ludhiana and is looking for energetic, goal‑oriented graduates to join our credit‑card sales team. The role involves outbound calling, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service to prospective cardholders.

📋 Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell credit‑card products.

- Explain card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and persuasively.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales in the CRM system.

- Follow regulatory guidelines (RBI, IRDAI) and company policies at all times.

- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

✅ Required Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline .

- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales/BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.

- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet browsing).

⏰ Working Hours & Shift Pattern

- 6‑day work week (Monday – Saturday).

- Shift timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (or as per business needs).
