REMUNERATION: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 / Month + Performance Incentive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Eventovista Private Limited is seeking a target-driven Telesales Executive to join our expanding Insurance Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound tele-prospecting, assessing customer risk profiles, presenting tailored financial protection products (Health, Life, or General Insurance), and driving policy acquisitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Conversion & Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to pre-qualified leads to evaluate client insurance requirements.

Policy Advisory: Educate prospective clients on insurance policy frameworks, premium structures, riders, and coverage terms.

Pipeline Management: Conduct structured follow-ups, resolve client objections, and guide prospects through the underwriting and purchase cycle.

CRM & Compliance: Maintain accurate call logs and client profiles in the CRM while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory sales guidelines (IRDAI compliance).

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual revenue targets and operational KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience: Proven experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Financial Product Sales (Freshers with strong communication aptitude may apply).

Skills: Excellent verbal articulation in Hindi and English; strong persuasion and active listening capabilities.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead management software, and MS Excel.
