We’re Hiring: Tele Recruiter (Calling Role)

📍 Location: Gurgaon

💼 Experience: 0–2 Years

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Tele Recruiter to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with candidates over calls, this role is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential candidates for job opportunities

Explain job roles and responsibilities clearly

Screen candidates based on basic eligibility criteria

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain daily calling data and reports

Follow up with candidates for onboarding

🔹 Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Comfortable with high-volume calling

Basic knowledge of recruitment

Immediate joiners preferred
