Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Sales Representative to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their e-commerce requirements, explaining our services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

• Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and other available sources.

• Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable e-commerce services.

• Explain services related to Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Shopify, website development, cataloging, advertising, and account management.

• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain proper communication.

• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain lead and customer information in Excel/CRM or other company systems.

• Schedule meetings or consultations between prospects and the concerned team.

• Handle client queries professionally and coordinate with the internal team when required.

• Maintain a daily calling and sales activity report.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services.

• Meet individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Good Hindi and English communication.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

• Ability to handle objections and convert leads.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, business development, or e-commerce sales will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
