Telecaller Outbound

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Outreach: Call potential customers from provided lists or CRM and spark initial interest.

• Pitch Products/Services: Deliver concise, confident explanations tailored to customer needs.

• Understand Customer Needs: Listen actively, uncover pain points, and match them with the right solutions.

• Follow-up Calls: Maintain a rhythm of timely follow-ups that keep conversations warm.

• Generate Appointments/Conversions: Convert conversations into meetings, demos, or direct sales depending on the process.

• Handle Objections: Respond to doubts with clarity, patience, and convincing information.

• Achieve Daily/Monthly Targets: Maintain consistent performance aligned with sales goals.

• Support Customer Queries: Help customers understand pricing, features, processes, and next steps.

• Maintain Call Quality Standards: Uphold professionalism, tone, empathy, and compliance guidelines.

• Share Market Feedback: Bring real-world intel from customer conversations to improve scripts, offers, and positioning.

• Team Coordination: Work closely with sales executives or business development to ensure smooth lead handover.Job Requirements:
