Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller – Outbound for the Education Sector. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Lead Generation and be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.

• Generate and qualify leads for courses and programs.

• Explain course details, fees structure, and admission process.

• Maintain follow-up with interested candidates.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the system.

• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Coordinate with the counselling team for admission closure.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English – mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of Lead Generation process.

• Confident and convincing ability.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM preferred).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 0–1 year in Telecalling / Outbound Calling (Education sector preferred).

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

• Only Female Candidates.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
