 About the Role

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives – Outbound for our DSA / Lending Service Provider (LSP) operations. The role involves sourcing and converting customers for Business Loans and Personal Loans on behalf of our partner Banks / NBFCs, strictly following RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and internal compliance frameworks.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided or approved data

• Explain loan products offered by partner Banks / NBFCs accurately and transparently

• Clearly disclose that the company is acting as a DSA / LSP and not a lender

• Capture customer requirements and assess pre-eligibility as per partner lender norms

• Share only RBI-compliant information on interest rates, tenure, fees, and charges

• Collect basic documents and coordinate with internal credit / operations teams

• Ensure no cash collection, false commitments, or misrepresentation at any stage

• Follow up with customers until login and disbursal completion

• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and documentation in CRM

• Meet assigned sales and conversion targets while maintaining quality benchmarks

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
