Job Description
- Knowledge and learn small business services offered by business and understand how to sell services
- Plan and conduct marketing plans on social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, online ad ideas
- Engage with senior decision-makers (Directors, VPs, CMOs) and schedule meeting
- Prepare customer segment lead list, generate leads, by cold calling, email campaigns, ad placements.
- Draft and send professional business emails to clients
- Collaborate with sales managers to convert leads into business opportunities
- Handle client queries politely and resolve issues effectively
- Meeting setting with leads for presentation with management/onsite sales team
- Ensure and automate periodic update emails on regular basis
