About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Outbound Telesales Executive who can actively reach out to prospective clients, pitch our services, schedule meetings, and convert leads into paying customers. This is a performance-based role with attractive commission on every successful sale.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or self-generated data
Clearly explain and promote our services to prospects
Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
Book qualified meetings for the sales team (if required)
Follow up with leads to drive conversions
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
Achieve weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Access to a phone and stable internet connection
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation Structure
