Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about loan eligibility, documentation, and process.

• Collect and verify customer details and update them in the system.

• Follow up with leads to ensure timely completion of loan applications.

• Maintain daily call logs and report customer feedback to the team leader.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent support.
