Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Banking Process

📍 Location: RDC, Ghaziabad

💼 Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years (Banking Sector Preferred)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products and services.

- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

- Explain banking products and resolve customer queries effectively.

- Maintain and update customer records in the system.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in the banking sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
