Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
Call potential customers from provided databases and campaign leads.
Explain project details including location, amenities, pricing, and benefits.
Identify and qualify high-potential buyers and generate site visit appointments.
2. Follow-Up & Conversion Support
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain warm engagement with leads until they are handed off to the sales team.
Reschedule missed appointments and re-engage cold leads when necessary.
3. Coordination with Sales Team
Liaise with the on-ground sales team to track site visit outcomes and lead status.
Ensure seamless communication and timely lead handover to improve conversion rates.
4. CRM Management & Reporting
Log all call details, interactions, and lead stages accurately in the CRM.
Generate daily/weekly reports on call performance, lead funnel, and site visit status.
Share insights and feedback to improve marketing strategies.
