Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to students interested in IT courses
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career benefits clearly
Follow up with leads generated through website, ads, walk-ins, or referrals
Counsel students based on their educational background and career goals on call.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with academic and support teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in [English / Local Language]
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of computers and IT courses (training will be provided)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate
