Job Description:
Telecaller - Female
1. Generate sales leads.
2. Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.
3. Interact with clients to determine business requirements
4. Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
5. Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness.
6. Showing residential and commercial properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available homes
7. Doing regular followup with customers and ensuring customer site visit
8. Responsible for entire presales function, from leads handling to the customer site visit
9. Coordinating with sales team after site visits, updating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports
10. Managing database of leads allocation and achieving high sales conversions
11. Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
