📢 Job Vacancy: Telecaller – Real Estate

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits. This role offers a salary of ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, along with opportunities for career growth in a professional and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

• Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and project information to interested clients.

• Generate new leads and maintain a database of potential buyers.

• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Follow up with clients to understand their requirements and convert leads into opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups.

• Prepare daily call reports and share updates with the sales team.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum Graduate.

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of real estate and property sales is an advantage.

• Ability to convince customers and handle client queries professionally.

• Good follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
