Role overview: We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Head of sales cum operational manager to manage incoming leads, convert inquiries into demo sessions, and drive package sales. This role combines fitness expertise, tele-calling/sales, customer handling, trainer management, recruitment, CRM handling, and multitasking abilities. The Head Coach will act as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee trainer allocation, and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming telephone leads and convert them into scheduled demo sessions. - Conduct or supervise demo sessions and convert demos into paid fitness packages. - Manage client communication, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain service quality, client satisfaction, and operations. Work on CRM systems, maintain data, and track follow-ups. - Support basic digital marketing coordination when required.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based commission on conversions and package sales.
