Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates from the provided database.
Explain Pronto's job opportunities and benefits.
Convince interested candidates to register for the hiring process.
Schedule interviews and training sessions.
Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/Google Sheets.
Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets.
Coordinate with Team Leaders regarding candidate status.
