We are hiring a Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with clients, and provide information about our products/services. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to achieve targets.
Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Attend inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain products/services and generate leads or sales.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/data sheets.
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when required.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth operations.
