About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their health and wellness requirements, recommending suitable health supplement products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health supplement products.

- Explain product benefits, usage, pricing, offers, and ordering process clearly.

- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into orders.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/system.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Re-engage existing, inactive, and repeat customers for additional purchases.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English would be added advantage).

- Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

- Customer-focused and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Target-oriented with a positive and persistent approach.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Google Sheets.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
